Stockist FAQ.
What kinds of retailers do you partner with?
Independent skin clinics, dermal therapy studios, day spas, medi-spas, boutique pharmacies, considered lifestyle and wellness boutiques and selected concept stores. We are not currently stocked in mass-market or big-box retail.
Is there an opening fee or sign-up cost?
No. There is no fee to apply or to open a stockist account. The only commitment is your opening order at the MOQ for your assigned tier.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days from Melbourne. Most metro deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days. Shipping is charged at cost and itemised on your invoice.
Can I get exclusivity in my area?
Postcode exclusivity is available to Elite and Exclusive Partners on request. We will not knowingly supply the same goods to another physical retail partner within your agreed postcodes during the exclusivity term. Exclusivity does not apply to our own direct-to-consumer sales on skintheorie.com.au. See the Terms of Business for the full mechanics.
What support do I get for staff training?
Every approved stockist receives a Staff Training Guide covering the brand story, the ritual order, who each product is for, compliant claim language, FAQs and objection-handling. We also include a tester kit, counter cards and strut cards. Ongoing email support and refresh assets included.
Are the products Australian made?
Yes. Manufactured in Melbourne under Good Manufacturing Practice in accordance with ISO 22716:2007. Skin Theorie holds the licensed Australian Made certification.
What claims can my team make about the products?
We provide compliant claim language in the Staff Training Guide — reviewed against the Australian Consumer Law and ACCC cosmetic advertising guidelines. Can I sell Skin Theorie online?
Yes — through your own ecommerce store (not external marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay without prior written approval). Pricing must be at the published RRP unless we run a coordinated promotion. Full detail in the Terms of Business.
