Most Australian addresses receive their order within 3–7 business days from dispatch. Remote and rural areas may take longer.

International shipping.

Available at checkout to most countries. Rates and delivery times vary by destination — calculated at checkout based on your address.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges that apply on import.

30-day returns.

We offer 30-day returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging — for any reason, no questions.

To start a return, email hello@skintheorie.com.au with your order number and we'll send you instructions.

Once we receive the returned products, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Skincare is personal. Sometimes a formula doesn't work for your skin, even when it works beautifully for someone else's.

If you've opened a product and it isn't right for you, email hello@skintheorie.com.au. We'll work it out — including partial refunds where it's appropriate.

Damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, or you've received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@skintheorie.com.au. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
