Skin Theorie was founded in 2025 by Lynn Jeremy — LJ — a creative director who spent years searching for a routine that actually worked for her sensitive, changing skin.

In her late 40s, everything shifted. Sensitivity, hormonal flares, dryness one week and congestion the next. Every solution involved more steps, more actives, more overwhelm. Nothing was working.

The moment her skin calmed was the moment she stripped everything back.
