Shipping & delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Australian orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order has shipped. International shipping is available at checkout — delivery times vary by country.

Is shipping free?

Yes — complimentary shipping on all Australian orders. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most countries. Rates and delivery times appear at checkout.

Returns & refunds.

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns on unopened products in original condition. If you’ve opened a product and it isn’t working for your skin, please email hello@skintheorie.com.au — we’ll work it out.

How do I return something?

Email us at hello@skintheorie.com.au with your order number and we’ll send instructions. Returns are at the customer’s cost unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. We also accept buy-now-pay-later options including Afterpay at checkout.

Our practices.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. The entire range is vegan and cruelty-free. Australia banned cosmetic animal testing in 2020 — we never have and never will.

Are your products Australian made?

Yes — manufactured in Melbourne under Good Manufacturing Practice (ISO 22716:2007). Skin Theorie holds the Australian Made licence.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Our glass bottles and jars are recyclable. Pumps and lids are recyclable through specialist programs. We’re always working to reduce the environmental footprint of our packaging.

I've been using the 3 step morning ritual and it's been working great! The cleanser is nicely scented and the serum leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. The day cream is very moisturising and seals everything in.

Lovely results, wish it were a touch cheaper Bought this after a friend recommended pink clay for dull skin. It does what it promises — my skin looks fresher and makeup sits better the next day.
